Concealed Deadly Weapons Permit Course

Sheepdogs Concealed Weapons Training, and Tac Pro Security Solutions, LLC will be conducting Carry Concealed Deadly Weapons (CCDW) permit courses for Members of the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS® (NKAR), for REALTOR® Safety Month. This course will meet and exceed (For all students who attend and pass) all requirements to apply for and obtain a permit to carry concealed deadly weapons for residents of Kentucky and Ohio.

Course cost- $65.00 Per student attending. This fee covers the cost of materials, range fees, certificate fees, and instructor's fee's.

Class Dates - Friday 16. Sept.2016 CLASS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 9 AM. The classroom portion will end at approximately 3 PM and from there you are REQUIRED to go to the shooting range with the group.

Classroom training- Classroom training will be conducted onsite at the NKAR training room. Class room education will last approximately Six (6) hours starting promptly at 9 AM. This classroom training will cover many topics including but not limited to: Firearms safety, proper firearm operations, situational awareness, firearm maintenance and cleaning, safety in the home, self-defense, CCDW laws and regulation and more. Student will be required to pass a written test on the material covered in the class.

Live fire exercise- Live fire exercises will be conducted on an established firing range under the supervision of the presenting firearms instructors and in compliance with rules of utilized range. Live fire exercises will be conducted in a safe and professional manner. HORSEPLAY DURING LIVE FIRE EXERCISES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Student will be required to pass a live fire exercise test showing accuracy, competency, and safe operation of a handgun.

Certificates of completion will be issued upon completion of the course and student will be able to immediately file for their permit to carry a concealed deadly weapon with the state in which they reside!

iPad Intermediate for Real Estate

During the iPad Intermediate Class the instructor will give a hands-on training session on how to utilize PDF apps such as Type on PDF, SignNow for verification of signatures, Documents U for typing out and emailing or printing correspondence as you would with a Windows based unit, how to transfer and use file sharing applications such as DropBox, CloudOn and OneDrive in order to share files with a client or to be able to access all aspects of a Real Estate Agent's business with both iPads and Windows based units such as a desktop or laptop, and they will be given instruction on KeyNote as their presentation application to present their listing presentation all the way to preparing advertising for a property or themselves. The instructor will also cover in detail how to use the Calendar function to invite contacts to a meeting or an appointment and how to use Reminders in an effective way to help make a Real Estate Agent's business run smoother. When the attendees have completed the 3 hour course they should be able to upload all their documents and use them in daily business.

iPad Advanced for Real Estate

During the iPad Advanced class the attendees will have more instruction on the use of Type on PDF, SignNow, KeyNote, DropBox, and OneDrive. They will have more one-on-one instruction to answer questions and work out any areas they are struggling through. There will also be a time for sharing applications that are related to the Real Estate Field such as Expencify and various other Real Estate Applications found in the App Store for Apple. Another application that will be discussed is how to manage their Assistants with My Office. This application will allow for keeping track of hours spent on a project or in the office on a daily basis. After this class the attendees should be very comfortable with their iPad and the applications covered in the class.
