ENERGY STAR/GREEN FEATURES ENHANCEMENT COMING SOON!
NKMLS is very excited to announce new Green/Energy Star features will appear on the RES input screen very soon. Along with these new optional Miscellaneous Features the MLS Board has approved a Green Features Information Sheet that the seller can fill out to further describe the Green or Energy Efficient systems/features of the listed property. Members can expect these new features to be available very soon. In preparation for the new optional features, please preview the Green Features Info Sheet provided below. In addition, an updated RESIDENTIAL input sheet containing these new additional features is provided below. The Green Features Info Sheet can be attached to listings as a Miscellaneous Attached Document.

NEW VALUE ADDED ENHANCEMENT - TRENDS "Post to Web- Widget"
WHAT IS POST-2-WEB?
This tool provides you with web coding (html) that enables you to post
graphs to your web site or a permanent location on online applications such
as blogs. With this tool, graphs will be
automatically updated each month by Trendgraphix.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Copy and paste the html code provided (via TRENDS) into your web page or
other component of the online program you are using. To use this tool you
must know how to utilize html in a web site or other online application. For
assistance in using html, please consult your web site provider or
support department of the 3rd party product or service you are using.

AFFILIATE’S CORNER
Thanks to all who sponsored the REALTOR/Affiliate Breakfast which was held on December 15th at Twin Oaks Plantation Club in Covington, Kentucky. There were 180 in attendance this year. Sixteen (16) boxes of food were collected for three (3) charities. Over $1,000 was earned for the charity of The Kentucky Symphony and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital after all expenses were paid for the breakfast.
