Are You Having Supra Box Issues? If you are receiving a "communication error" when using your Supra Activekey this typically is an indicator of a bad connection, and not necessarily a bad lockbox or key. 1st. Thoroughly clean the top infrared part of your Activekey with a soft cloth material. This is the plastic clear part of the key next to the antenna. 2nd. Clean the red infrared lense on the lockbox with a cloth material. 3rd. Be certain to hold the glass infrared part of the key very close to the red infrared part of the lockbox. If none of these options work please call the MLS to arrange for removal of the box. top of page |
