ONLINE REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL

This year you MUST renew your real estate license online beginning March 1^st and must have completed the process by March 31^st.  The Kentucky Real Estate Commission will be at NKAR on Wednesday, March 16^th from 9 AM – 3 PM to assist in your online license renewal if you should need help.  If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

NKY Home Sales Boosted by Million $ Closings

Florence, KY – February 23, 2011 – Even though the region saw near record cold and snow in January, it did not keep Northern Kentucky home buyers idle.   January 2011 (226) home sales rose nearly 16.5% over the previous January (194) sales, just enough to encourage local REALTORS® that 2011 could be a turn around year.  “We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the final numbers from January,” said Mike Becker, President of the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS®.  “To see positive numbers across the board in a month that is typically affected by seasonal weather conditions was a definite morale booster,” he added.  In comparison, the information shown below tells the story for N.KY sales in January.

ENHANCEMENT COMMITTEE to Meet Soon- Please Submit System Enhancing Suggestions

On Monday, March 7th your MLS Enhancement Committee will be meeting to review suggestions for improvements/enhancement.  The Committee is requesting that you submit your suggestions by Thursday, March 4th so they can be reviewed at this meeting.     

In an effort to reduce the number of duplicate requests we receive on subjects we have repeatedly visited, we’ve attached a compilation of issues and resolutions during the past  years.   History of MLS Enhancements 2007-Present
