Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages day to day operations of MLS at the direction of the EVP

  • Customer service to Members via phone, e-mail and walk-in service

  • Maintain knowledge regarding use of MLS features and functionality

  • Administrates Supra Key and Keybox system

  • Implements new policies and procedures

  • Keep current with MLS system enhancements

  • Has contact with Rapattoni MLS vendor

  • Monitors NKMLS Talk

  • Teaches hands-on MLS classes

  • Staff Liaison to MLS Board of Directors

  • Staff Liaison to Enhancements Committee

  • Staff Liaison for MLS Bylaws Committee

  • Staff Liaison for various task forces

 

 


Tammy Fryman

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as MLS receptionist by answering phone calls and assisting walk-in members with lockboxes, keys, MLS payments, etc.

  • Field questions regarding use of the MLS system i.e. navigation, photo problems, data entry, etc.

  • Enters new listings into MLS as needed, processing listings from entry through billing.

  • Monitor new listing data for missing or incomplete documentation.
    Responsible for obtaining the latest tax rates and update the tax table accordingly.

  • Assists with verification of Supra database and MLS database.

  • Stays current on Supra services and software installation technologies.

  • Receives Supra shipments and also handles Supra returned product.

  • Continually looks for ways to improve the MLS system and enhance the services provided to members.

  • Assists members with Realist

  • Staff Liaison for the Barb Hollman Hope Fund.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of NKAR / NKMLS

  • Assist EVP in personnel matters

  • Provide staff support to assigned committees

  • Ensure timely response to Board / Association communications

  • Disseminate all general correspondence for EVP

  • Strive to maintain favorable working relationship with association members, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Volunteers and Staff members

  • Maintain a master calendar of scheduled activities and events which concern the EVP, President and President-Elect

  • Oversee office standards for quality of work and provide advice on overall work flow

  • Monitor priorities for work projects of the EVP and delegate work to be completed by administrative staff

  • Assist with annual transition of leadership

  • Actively market Association programs, products and services

  • Enhance the image of the Association in person, by phone and in written communications

  • Is conversant with the Bylaws / Policies and Procedures of the Association

  • Provides information and assists with the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan

Membership & Events
Coordinator

Membership responsibilities include:

  • Point of contact for individual members or companies seeking information on NKAR Membership.

  • Process all membership applications, transfers, terminations and address changes as they are received.

  • Maintain membership data base ensuring that the Association and the MLS records are current.

  • Ensure that all membership record changes are transmitted to the KAR and the NAR.

  • Perform member maintenance on a daily basis.

    Events responsibilities include:

  • Negotiate contracts with facilities for scheduling of board events and meetings.
    Food and beverage service, audio/visual needs, room layouts.

  • Prepare signage, programs and promotional materials.

  • Events include but not limited to:
    General Membership Meetings
    Broker Meetings
    Monte Carlo/RPAC
    Annual Elections
    Annual Installation
    Annual Leadership Conference

  • Staff liaison to the Awards Committee.

 

 



REALTOR® Store Manager

  • Maintain stock of Real Estate Forms.

  • Keep forms updated and current.

  • Back up Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Posting of MLS Payments.
