This class discusses several unrelated, but important issues for the practicing agent. Licensee liability issues are addressed in the areas of earnest money deposits, brokers escrow account, dry closings, funds escrowed at closing, predatory lending, contacts, and misrepresentation & fraud. The final section of the class deals with insurance issues - if an agent is going to be liable, he or she needs to understand insurance.
