Dues Overview
To become a member of NKAR you must hold an active KY Real Estate License and either be a Broker or an Agent affilliated with a Member Broker. You must pay an application fee to the local and state associations and annual dues to the local, state and national associations. To become a subscriber of the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service your license must be held by a firm that has participation rights in the MLS and pay an application fee and subscription fees.
